Resilient Flooring
When only the hardest wearing flooring will suffice for your project Highglade Flooring are the first company you should contact.
As one of the premier contract floor finishes in the UK we source our flooring only from the most reputable manufacturers and test our flooring types prior to recommending them to our clients.
This ensures that when our team of up to 14 CSCS card holding and qualified installers visit your site we know that the highest standards will be met. All installations cannot be carried out unless site installation conditions fall within the code of practice of BS8203. These conditions ensure that when an installation takes place the sub floor has the perfect temperature and Humidity Moisture Levels to allow the bonding of the surfaces to take place perfectly.
Resilient Flooring tends to come in two main types - Safety Flooring and Decorative Flooring.
Safety Flooring is utilised in areas such as bar serveries, wash up areas and cellars in the leisure industry. We also cover rubber flooring for areas such as children crèches and where safety is paramount.
Decorative Flooring can include such finishes such as marble effects and ceramic tile effect both of which are durable and pleasing on the eye. This type of flooring tends to be used in areas such as bar waiting areas, office receptions and common walking areas. If you require an intricate bespoke design we use the latest technology to cut out decorative vinyl flooring to achieve your design and install this in those areas where it would be of most benefit.
We also cater for timber flooring for restaurants and bar standing areas. We can refurbish timber flooring and take painstaking care to ensure that we treat the flooring with the appropriate finish and where possible attempt to use a water based lacquer with is environmentally friendly.
We utilise a system called Callidus which is an Autocad Digitiser. All of our quotations are based on SMM7 to which we take off quantities from AutoCAD drawings and produce working drawings of the installation.
